So now I need to get of hold of someone in PS to help with this and to this day no resolve and waiting times are ridiculous and there call center is a joke. So FedEx said get a waiver from Playstation and we would gladly help you on this. The queue has to be live in order for it to work (meaning they have stock) its not live at the moment but might be on again later. So I reported it to PS and Fed Ex and they both pointed fingers at each other with no resolve, so I kept on and PS said tuff sh!+ your loss and FedEx is working with me and told me the shipper needs to file a claim, which in this case is Playstation and they refuse.
